Minion themed Birthday party

Minimum 12 feet height is required for this theme set up.
Continuous power supply is mandatory for the decorations to be completed on time.
You need to provide ladder to complete the decoration if necessary.
You need to make sure sufficient set-up time is available.
You need to ensure that all necessary permissions / copyrights and authorizations are in place to arrange the decoration.

Customized minion theme flex of 8×6 feet is used as the backdrop along with baby name
6 Minion cutouts will be placed on the backdrop.
2 Normal balloon pillars will be placed either side of the backdrop as shown in the image along with twisted balloons on them.
1 Standard welcome board at the entrance.

Set-up does not include  chair arrangements.
This style can suit any occasion with appropriate customization with welcome and name board at extra charges.
For this set-up to look more complete, please add 100 more balloons for hall decoration for Rs. 800 extra.

All the decor styles will be booked for the above mentioned rent duration.
Rest of the payment needs to be done in cash only, once the arrangements are made.
You need to make sure the power supply is available for decorations to happen as it is, on time & hassle-free.
You need to make sure sufficient time is available to set-up decorations at your venue.
You need to make sure you have required arrangements in place to execute it on time. Few decorations might need table, ladder, chairs, plug points based on your selection. Please cross check before you place the order.
All the decoration items except balloons are on hire basis only. Extra charges are applicable if you want to own it.
For anything additional which is not mentioned here, charges will be extra.
If there is any damage to any of the merchandise used for this set-up during your party, you will be billed accordingly.
Booking does not include any furniture / fixture. Examples, but not limited to: chairs, tables, carpets, power points, ladder.
Booking does not include housekeeping service.
