Prerequisites

Google Location must be shared while booking to calculate transportation cost and conforming the venue.

Customer has to take necessary permission to conduct flash mob in public places.

If location is more than 5 Kms from center of the city then traveling should be taken care from your side.

If you need to play songs of your own, then kindly share the song details before 3 days of the event.

Inclusions

This Flash mob will be performed by a group of 6 professional dancers from the city.

Basic Sound system will be provided for this experience, If need any other advanced music system you can get it with additional price.

Total duration would be between 4 to 7 minutes.

Fusion of 5 songs will be played during the surprise.

One of our Event Coordinator will be present at the venue.

Facts

In case if you want to conduct it at some other public location, you need to take necessary permissions.

Immediate bookings will occur peak time charges.

If venue is outskirts of the city, Transportation charges will be extra.

You can book this experience before 2 Working Days.

For anything additional which is not mentioned in the experience, charges will be extra.

You need to ensure all necessary permissions/copyrights and authorizations are in place to avail the service.

Although we use all reasonable safety precautions, we cannot be held liable for any casualties arising at any stage.

Surprise cannot be canceled or rescheduled once the booking is made. Any changes in the booking are subjected to availability.

Additional charges might be applicable depending on the rescheduled date and time.

There is no refund in the event of the cancellation. There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.

Description

In Marriage Reception or Engagement hall every one was busy with their works at that certain point of time you can give a surprise to Bride&Groom by our Flash mob team.

Suddenly the music starts playing in the venue. The guy who was roaming there suddenly gets up and starts to dance in front of Bride&Groom. Soon almost 6 people are dancing along with him. The song happens to be one of your favourite music or relevant to the function, the choreography is amazing and the entire performance is centered around just one person. Beautiful flowers will be spreading in the air to surprise the couple. A private flash mob will be worth surprise to the couple.

At the end of dance a surprise cake will be given to the couple.

The performance will be done by a professional dance group 6 people. While the performers have their own set of rehearsed songs, a song of your choice can be added to the performance.
